We want you to feel confident and powerful in your POPFLEX® gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless you choose a store credit or exchange.

Package Your Gear

Place your items in their original packaging with tags still attached and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the mailer.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
